Appendix C –
The Days of the Lunar Month
Following is a list of Bible passages that
are dated according to their placement in a
lunar month. They are organized, as lunar
Sabbath proponents might organize them,
according to their position in a lunar week.
Day “zero” corresponds to the “New Moon” and
Day Seven to the Lunar Sabbath.
An
examination of these passages reveals that
the first day of the month was often quite a
day of activity, as was the day after
Passover. On a lunar calendar these fall on
the New Moon and on the lunar Sabbath.
